As a small school we have the advantage of teaching our pupils in small mixed year group classes. The school is currently organised into three classes.

Owlets - Reception and Year One

Pangolings - Year Two, Year Three and Year Four

Beavers - Year Five and Year Six

We have a highly skilled teaching assistant and learning support assistant.  Volunteer helpers, governors and students also visit school on a regular basis to support pupils in their learning. Specialist sports coaches teach weekly lessons to every class and we have visiting peripatetic music teachers join us too!

Owlets

Our class teachers are Mrs P Chennells and Mrs L Woodbridge-Stocks.

In our class, we love to learn inside and outside every day!

We learn through our play during choosing time where we can get hands on in our creative area, become a dentist or an estate agent (and more!) in our role play area, get comfy in our cosy reading corner to read or listen to a story, get messy in our mud kitchen or explore in our water area – just to name a few!

Each day we learn something new through our daily phonics, writing and maths sessions and throughout the week we become musicians, artists, geographers, historians, scientists and more!
