SIAMS
We are absolutely delighted to share with you the report from the recent SIAMS Section 48 Church School Inspection that took place on 14th January 2025.
The report confirms that St Hardulph's is living up to its foundation as a Church school and is enabling pupils and adults to flourish. Please note that inspection outcomes are no longer graded.
The report details the maximum number of areas of strength allowed for the report and rightly reflects what we do well as a school:
- Driven by the vision , strong leadership ensures that the distinctly Christian vision is understood by adults and pupils alike. Consequently, this contributes significantly to the holistic development and flourishing of pupils and staff.
- Pupils and staff are known and nurtured as individuals. They live out the vision through their care and love to each other.
- The leadership of religeous education (RE) is strong. RE is well planned, consequently pupils grow in their knowledge and understanding of a range of religions and worldviews.
- Pupils, including those who have special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and those who are deemed vulnerable, are given opportunities to thrive. Leaders make bold choices, based on the Christian vision, which break down barriers to learning enabling pupils to be provided with the support they need to succeed.
- Effective partnerships exist with the BeSkilled collaborative, local church and Diocese. They enhance the church school effectiveness. As a result, pupils and adults flourish.
